本人が本サービスを通じて応募・問い合わせ等を行った企業に対して、履歴書その他応募情報を提供するため
応募者本人の本人確認を行うため
応募に関する連絡を行うため
本サービスの利便性向上のための統計分析（個人を特定できない形での集計）
お問い合わせへの対応のため
その他、利用者の同意に基づく目的のため

第4条（第三者提供）

当サービスは、以下の場合を除き、本人の同意なく第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。

利用者が本サービスを通じて応募・問い合わせを行った企業に対し、必要な情報を提供する場合
法令に基づく開示が求められた場合
人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合
その他、本人の同意を得た場合

第5条（保管・削除）

利用者から削除依頼があった場合は、合理的な範囲で速やかに対応します。なお、技術的・法的な制約上、バックアップ等から完全に削除できない場合があります。

第6条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）

当サービスは、必要に応じて本ポリシーを改訂することがあります。重要な変更があった場合は、ウェブサイト上にて告知します。

"Personal Information" refers to information such as name, email address, and information included in resumes that can identify a specific individual.

Article 3 (Purpose of Use)

To share a user's resume and application information with companies to which they apply or make contact via the Service
To verify the identity of the applicant
To contact the applicant regarding the application process
For statistical analysis to improve the Service (in a non-identifiable format)

We do not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except in the following cases:

When the user has applied or made contact with a company via the Service and information needs to be shared

Upon request from a user, we will delete their personal information from our active database as promptly as possible. However, complete deletion from backups may not be technically possible.
